Daniel has expertise working with youth, senior, and masters athletes at all levels of competition from grass roots to Olympic gold medalists.

Strength and conditioning

Training available at multiple locations around London and through virtual sessions. Available for 1-to-1, groups and teams.

Physical Profiling

Get tested in person or remotely using our sport specific and individually specific protocols. Receive an individual report that will help you understand your physical capabilities and what you need to do to improve. Gain a detailed understanding of your individual injury risk.

Rehabilitation

Arrange private sessions or train remotely on your individual rehabilitation programme. Rehabilitation is complicated and requires the co-ordination of multiple training areas. We can communicate with your doctor, physiotherapist, and coach ensuring your programme is aligned and you return to sport as fast as possible.
